1. Eligibility

To join Veterans Art Studio, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be a veteran of the Australian or New Zealand Defence Forces, Police, Fire Service, SES (State Emergency Service), or Ambulance Service.

• Provide valid proof of veteran or first responder status.

2. Artwork Ownership & Rights

• All submitted artwork must be 100% original, created by the veteran or first responder applicant.

• You must hold full legal rights to reproduce and sell the submitted artwork.

• No copyrighted or third‑party content (e.g., logos, photos, or designs not owned by you) is allowed.

3. Product Fulfillment & Shipping

• Print‑on‑Demand Default: All products (apparel, mugs, prints, stationery, barware, pet accessories, etc.) are produced and shipped by our POD partners.

• Self‑Fulfillment Option: Veterans may opt to supply and ship their own custom products, provided they:

  • Organize and pre‑set Australia‑wide postage and packaging rates.

  • Provide shipping guidelines and rate tables to MMS for inclusion at checkout.

• Shipping Costs: Determined by the POD provider’s rates. Tracking is enabled on every order. Delivery confirmation triggers profit payouts.

4. Sales, Costs & Profit Distribution

• Pricing & Costs: You set your retail price; MMS provides a cost breakdown (production + shipping).

  • Example: Retail $100 – Cost $60 = Gross profit $40.

• Profit Split:

  • Artist: 90% of gross profit (e.g., $36)

  • MMS: 10% of gross profit (e.g., $4)

• Transaction Fees: Bank and payment processor fees are included in the cost calculation; no extra deduction.

5. Payment Schedule & Payouts

• Timing: Payouts occur 7 days after delivery confirmation.

• Method: Funds transferred via bank deposit to details on file.

• Frequency: Weekly batch for all confirmed deliveries.

6. Complimentary Products & Additional Designs

• Free Listing Allowance: Each artist gets 20 free product listings.

• Additional Listings: Fees quoted per design based on product type, variants, and complexity.

• Approval: MMS provides custom quote before extra fees apply.

7. Order Tracking & Customer Notifications

• Worldwide Fulfillment: All POD orders ship with tracking.

• Notifications: MMS emails artist and customer at shipment and delivery confirmation; delivery triggers 7‑day payout countdown.

8. Terms & Agreement

By joining Veterans Art Studio, you agree to:

• Provide authentic veteran/first responder credentials and original artwork.

• Adhere to the profit‑share model and payout schedule.

• Maintain valid banking details for payouts.
