Made-to-Order (Print-On-Demand) Policy

    All products at My Military Studio are created through a Print-On-Demand (POD) process. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

  2. Production Timeline:

    • Orders are processed and produced within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the project.

    • Larger or more detailed items may require additional time to complete.

  3. Order Fulfillment:
    Once production is complete, your order will be packaged and shipped to your designated address. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Non-Returnable Products:
    Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. Please ensure you double-check size charts, colors, and product details before placing your order.

  2. Return Eligibility:
    Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

    • The product received differs significantly from the description provided.

  3. Return Process:

    • If your return is approved, you will be required to send the product back to the place of manufacture at your expense.

    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  4. Resolution for Approved Returns:

    • Approved returns may result in a replacement, repair, or refund, as determined by My Military Studio.
